Dear Lake Forest Park Civic Club members, 

Thank you for coming to our website to renew your membership. This helps in data entry for the volunteers.  On the following page, please fill in your membership renewal on-line. If you do not have a computer and/or internet access, please go to your local public library or come to the club.

ATTENTION ASSOCIATE MEMBERS! 
Associate members who do not have their membership postmarked by June1st will lose their membership. 


Filling out the Renewal Information On-line
1.    Fill in Vehicle License numbers and Boat Hull Identification Numbers where appropriate. You will not be sent a stickers for these vehicles if we do not receive this information.

2.    We will only send membership cards to those names listed on the renewal card, ages must be filled in for all dependents listed. Please add ages in the field below the dependent's name.

3.    Under the Membership Type please check the appropriate box for the type of membership you are renewing: R (Regular), RB (Regular Boat), A (Associate), AB (Associate Boat).

4.    Limits on stickers per membership are as follows: 2 Boat, 2 Tow Vehicle, 4 Vehicle. Additional stickers will be available for $25 each.

5.    Once you have completed your online renewal  please mail in your membership fees payment.

Getting the Renewal in on time
Membership renewal is due by May 1st, 2010. After this date if your renewal has not been entered you will no longer be a member of the Lake Forest Park Civic Club. 

Important!
If you are a regular club member and your membership has expired you will not be allowed access to the club or the boat facilities until you receive your current membership card and stickers. Regular Boat Members who register late may lose their boat launch privileges and be added to a boat waiting list depending on the number of boats already registered.

General Conditions
Associate Members are any member that resides outside the deeded area. If you were a regular member in the past and have moved outside the regular area you may remain a member but must switch your registration to an Associate Membership.

Regular Members must reside in the deeded area as described in the LFPCC By-Laws and by the map posted at the club.

Dependants are members of your immediate family that reside in your residence. Friends or relatives that reside outside your home may not be listed as dependents. Dependents may not receive stickers for boats or jet skis registered under their name only. Any boat or jet ski must have proof of registration in the name of the member to be issued a sticker.
